Hi! (To all who patronize my stall at Singapore Poly)
After contemplating for quite sometimes, I have decided to create a blog, where I can communicate better with my patrons.
I have been running the stall for the past 6 years, and have enjoyed my work In the early days I have my workers who does the cooking, things went on according to my style of cooking, but over time my cooks start to get smart and decide to do their own style, I was not happy with the way my ex cooks used to run the place, so I decided to be hands on, and do the cooking myself. Now I can see the results, and my patrons(present and ex students) came back and start patronizing my stall.
Being a chef of international reputation, the quality of my food is the utmost importance.
I have received feedbacks and comments from my patrons, and I take them all seriously,accepting feedbacks and comments that is inborn in us chefs. This will help us to know the needs of our customers. As I have been busy in the kitchen, it is occasionally that I come out to meet my clients and received feed backs.
The Auntie who helps me with the serving is a good worker, but she wouldn't be able to tell the difference between feedback and complaints, that's why I decided to create this blog.
I've been asked several times by students on What Mediterranean Food is? Well Mediterranean
Food is from the region around the Mediterranean Sea that is Italy, Greece, Spain Portugal.
My palate is based on the taste buds on our locals. So the food I create has a Singapore Flavour.
I try to create a new recipe every once in a while . When the campus reopens I will introduce another new menu. So be on the lookout.!

I also notice that there are some events going on during week-ends We Can do lunch for you at $2.50 per head. minimum 20 persons. Just see me at the stall, and tell me the date reqired.
